Dr. Chad D. Lusk came to La Grande, OR, in the early 1970's to practice optometry. He served the people of La Grande for 37 years before passing away in January of 2009 from brain cancer. He leaves behind a legacy of service and care that has touched and blessed the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him. This page is intended to honor his memory, and serve as a reminder to our practice of what is truly important in life.
